Mission Statement: The mission of School District of Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillan is to provide a safe learning environment so that students have educational and growth activities that maximize knowledge, skills, and abilities to their highest potential.

Goal 1: Enhance student achievement so that all students graduate prepared for career, college, military or public service.
Action 1: Expand the use of data and research based practices to continually improve student achievement.
Action 2: Expand our virtual class offerings.
Action 3: Increase our advanced learning opportunities for students.
Goal 2: Recruit and Retain High Quality Staff
Action 1: Develop a recruitment plan for the districts that positively promotes the district.
Action 2: Provide high-quality professional development, training, and coaching that supports effective leaders and teachers
Goal 3: Maintain Fiscal Responsibility
Action 1: Maintain board policy regarding the district’s Fund Balance
Action 2: Implement a facilities maintenance plan that is reviewed annually
Action 3: Implement an equipment maintenance plan that is reviewed annually

Action 1: Utilize a variety of tools to communicate district accomplishments
