The Lincoln School District is seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to serve as the Director of the Lincoln Early Learning Childcare Center. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and education, and fostering a positive environment for children, families, and staff.

Position Details:
• Title: Director, Lincoln Early Learning Childcare Center
• Start Date: July 1st, 2026
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Qualifications:
• Experience as a childcare center Director preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and licensing requirements
• Ability to build strong relationships with staff, families, and the community
